Siobhán Keane

Siobhán plays fiddle, piano and whistle.  Her father Tommy is a well known piper, originally from Waterford and her mother Jacqueline McCarthy is a very respected concertina player and is the daughter of the late Tommy McCarthy from West Clare who was a multi-instrumentalist playing pipes, whistle and concertina.  She was a member of award winning band Amoeba.  Her music has been broadcast on Clare FM, Raidió na Gaeltachta, TG4 and RTÉ Radio and Television.  She was awarded a B.A. (Hons) degree in Traditional Music Performance from University of Limerick in 2012.
